I'm sure many people have read, or know about, Simon Sinek's mantra of 'know your why'. I've fortunately always had a clear vision of why I do what I do, but every now and again the realisation that my work truly does have a positive impact on others reminds me once again of that 'why'.

I was reminded once again when I received this wonderful and heartfelt testimonial from the lovely Emma Marshall, Finance Director of Pulse Cinemas.
