Whilst working with teams at Simarco International recently, I had the excellent opportunity to view their new warehouse facility in Stoke with General Manager Steve Pyne.

I was so impressed by the amazing operation there from the organised storage and distribution of PPE for the NHS (rows and rows in racks on the right of the photo), to the country-allocated loading channels to transport goods around the world. Watching the fork-lift trucks going about their work was fascinating!

Visiting the warehouse certainly gave me a greater understanding of the importance of the work of Simarco in keeping goods moving around the country and the world, which helps me ensure that my training is relevant to their industry and to their company culture, values and aims. An important aspect of all company and management training that I deliver.
