That passion for education, communication and the entrepreneurial desire to have her own business, took Tina to Kumon Educational, a world-wide organisation devoted to empowering each individual to reach his or her full potential in Maths and English. Kumon has 50,000 students and 550 centres in the UK. In 1996 Tina launched her franchised business ‘The Ongar Kumon Study Centre’ in Ongar, Essex, and over the next 10 years the business grew from strength to strength with Tina being invited to speak at three National Kumon UK Conferences. She was nominated for the Epping Forest Business Woman of the Year Award in 1997 and again in 2002. During this time Tina inspired hundreds of children to reach their potential, coached their parents and gave employment to local people.
Tina studied for a Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching with The Coaching Academy, Europe’s leading coach training organisation, and is one of a select number of their Licensed Trainers enabling her to run half-day and one-day Business Coaching Workshops. Through her company, Coaching Dynamics, Tina has successfully used her people skills, developed over a working lifetime of helping people to reach their potential and be successful, together with her business acumen, experience and training, to coach Business Owners and Executives in public and private sector fields. |
